The output of M&A case study projects consists of pitchbook/CIM and financial model, covering information such as business overview, industry analysis, investment highlights, value-up opportunity, and valuation.​

During the last session, we invite senior & advisory members who are investment bankers/private equity professionals to showcase our final output and conduct networking events.
